Rosalia - Prosecco DOC Rosé Millesimato Extra Dry

Prosecco DOC Rosalia comes from the estate of the same name, dedicated to the mother of Mrs. Maria Vittoria, Mr. Giusti's wife.
This estate represents a bit of the genesis of Giusti Wine, the first hectares of land, which are located right in this estate, were donated to Mr. Giusti by his wife's family.

Sensory profile
The color has a "peach blossom" pink hue, the aroma is pleasant and elegant with hints of both yellow and red fruit: peach, pink cherry and golden apple and floral aromas.
On the palate it initially reveals itself as fresh with a savory finish; then the perception of juicy softness and an aroma of ripe peach grows. It has a dry, intense and elegantly long taste.

Pairings
A very classy aperitif, which can effortlessly and pleasantly accompany raw fish, fried small crustaceans and mollusks; Parma ham, spaghetti tossed with fresh datterino tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and basil.
