This estate was originally an ancient bed of the Piave River; in fact, it is characterized by gravel and pebbles. This type of soil gives the wines a lot of freshness, making it ideal for producing our whites with good acidity. The Giusti Wine Tower is located in the middle of the Rolando estate, from where you can view the entire grandeur of the surrounding estate, which overlooks the Montello.
Sensory profile
The color is straw yellow with bright reflections. The aroma is intense, fruity and floral, with notes of lime and spring flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and well-structured, with a savory and persistent finish.
