This estate was originally an ancient bed of the Piave River; in fact, it is characterized by gravel and pebbles. This type of soil imparts great freshness to the wines, making it ideal for producing our crisp, well-acidified whites. The Giusti Wine Tower is located in the middle of the Rolando estate, from where you can observe the full grandeur of the surrounding estate, which overlooks Montello.
Sensory profile
The color is straw yellow with bright highlights. The aroma is intense, fruity and floral, with notes of banana and pear. On the palate, it is fresh and excellently structured, full-bodied and enveloping.
Pairings
Excellent with light appetizers, soups, herb-based risottos and fish dishes.
