Sensory profile
The sparkling wine is appropriately evanescent with fine and persistent perlage. The colour is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it is intense, fruity and floral, delicately aromatic. Initially, notes of Abate pear, yellow-fleshed peach, passion fruit and banana are perceived, followed by citrus notes of mandarin, green tea and mint. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, pleasant and harmonious.
