"Le Stanghe" Pinot Nero Rosato

This rosé Pinot Nero was born from Ermenegildo's desire to create a pleasant wine for the summer that would, at the same time, have the same intensity and persistence as the wines that characterize our territory. From this ambition comes “Le Stanghe”, made from Pinot Nero grapes left to macerate briefly to extract only their freshest aromas.

Sensory profile
It presents a brilliant rose petal color. Clear aromas of fruit salad are noticeable, from peach and melon to apricot and raspberry, in perfect balance. As it develops, the floral character of lilac and violet stands out. On the palate, it is harmonious and fresh, well balanced.

Pairings
Excellent with raw fish marinated in citrus sauces, such as sea bass with orange zest and white pepper.
