General considerations
Giusti Riserva is the first experiment in aged grappa in barriques previously used to refine highly prestigious local red wines, using a completely unique technique for treating the staves.
Giusti Riserva grappa is a blend, that is, a grappa composed of several types of vinasse aquavits from different vintages, and in this case, it was aged for 6 years.
The barriques used are first-cycle Troncais oak, giving the product a distinctive character.
Serving suggestions
It is recommended to drink this Grappa at room temperature in a Bordeaux glass after a few minutes of aeration.
Pairings
The fullness of the taste is enhanced by 65% dark chocolate, or by a twist of orange peel, and for the more indulgent, with a good Cuban cigar.
