Sensory profile
The sparkling wine is appropriately evanescent, with fine and persistent perlage. The color is a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
On the nose, it is intense and fruity, with notes of tart apple and lemon; the dominant notes are those of blooming wisteria and acacia. It has a good acidity, a fresh taste, and a good structure. On the palate, it is pleasant and harmonious.

Excellent both as an aperitif and with a full meal; always up to the occasion for the most important events.
