Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut

Located in the westernmost part of the Montello area among our properties, the Maria Vittoria estate enjoys extraordinary scenery. The typical red soil of the hill gives the Glera grape excellent structure and minerality in this Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG. At the heart of the estate, Villa Maria Vittoria stands in all its splendour at one of the highest points of the Montello, offering breathtaking views of both the plain and the Dolomites, which are clearly visible on the clearest days.

Sensory profile
The mousse is creamy and compact, with a bright straw-yellow colour and brilliant greenish highlights. On the nose, it is clean and typical, with pleasantly intense aromas and excellent fruitiness. Initially, notes of pear and green apple pulp are noticeable, followed by perceptions of crisp white peach and delicate spring flowers. The palate is initially crisp, savoury and fresh, with a base of white and yellow fruit, featuring partially ripe peach and pear, as well as apple and pear skin and pulp.

Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif or with any meal; outstanding with raw fish, fried crustaceans and molluscs, Venetian cicchetti, spaghettini allo scoglio, and fresh, creamy goat’s or cow’s milk cheeses.
